No. Physiotherapy is a first-contact profession, so you can book directly. If your insurer requires a referral, bring it to your first session.
What should I bring?+
Comfortable clothing you can move in, any scans or surgical reports, and a list of current medication.
Do you work with private insurance?+
Yes — we invoice most major insurers directly. Please bring your policy and authorisation number.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged in full, as the slot cannot usually be refilled.
